Dear FNB, Not sure when your slogan changed to How can we really pee you off but as a background, I have been with FNB for 46 years and maintained an extremely good account, very rarely going over my limit. Unfortunately, I am a 63 year o;d aging human that forgot to transfer funds to cover a debit order. I apologise for being a human and So for the 1st time in the last 5 years at least, I exceeded my limit resulting you lot unpaying the item. However, in the FNB suite of my accounts available on my profile there was more than sufficient funds to cover the debit order So loyalty means nothing, past record means nothing and you are obviously no longer a bank but an unintelligent processing centre. Now this was raised with FNB Premier 3 weeks ago (Ref 2068026) and to date, not one action requested has been actioned nor an answer to my questions and never once within the 48 hour window promised. Now either I ended up with an incompetent consultant or FNB don't give a damn. Please can someone advise which of the last comment is true and whether you still want me as a client. Because I'm not paying for a service that I am not getting.
