Harassment needs to stop
Their call center agents phones our company at least 5 times a day - insisting on speaking to sales executives. We have told them multiple times to refrain from calling us as we have our own insurance contracts in place and we are NOT INTERESTED this has however not stopped them. We have lodged multiple complaints to the management @ friends for life and we have now referred our emails to the insurance ombud as this is plain harassment. They get very rude and defensive when asked if they are calling from an insurance company.

NO service what so ever
I ordered a gift (Hugo boss perfume) for my boss on Monday 11 December it’s the 17 December today and I still have not received my order. No phone calls no response on my email nothing. I’ve been to 4 shops to try and resolve the matter and all 4 shops can’t assist. My delivery won’t be received as my delivery address is my work adress (because you’d think they will deliver when you booked the time to be delivered) and my work closed on Friday for the holidays. So no gift no service and no feedback whatsoever. Had to make a plan and bought the perfume in store for R230 more than what I paid online for exactly the same product. Thank you to Iris at Menlyn for trying to assist us and the lovely lady at Woolworths woodlands for assisting me. All in all will never buy online again Regards Very disgusted customer

Pack says 8 burger patties but there is only 7 inside the pack!?
Bought 5 bags of rainbow simply chicken original chicken burger patties and on the pack it says 8 portions but in all 5 packs I only received 7 patties. Someone at the factory is scoring big time taking one party from every pack
