This is a day light insurance and broker. They work together with Affinity insurance. It is better to cancel your policy with them and seek for other insurance that will assist you in the days of problems. I cancelled my policy after they declined my claim. My excess fee was R8000 and after I involved in an accident I was told that my excess fee is R19 000

Their call center agents phones our company at least 5 times a day - insisting on speaking to sales executives. We have told them multiple times to refrain from calling us as we have our own insurance contracts in place and we are NOT INTERESTED this has however not stopped them. We have lodged multiple complaints to the management @ friends for life and we have now referred our emails to the insurance ombud as this is plain harassment. They get very rude and defensive when asked if they are calling from an insurance company.

Good Day Delani I want to thank you for all of your time and effort in helping get us through the hard process of our car insurance claim, it has been a hard time for us emotional and stressful situation to deal with, From 29/01/2022 until now. stop harassing Cardinals motor corporation with 17 phone calls per day from your company we don't want to do business with you we have asked daily to stop being called but your agents still call we have opened a case at the ombudsman about this harassment from you ...you still have the cheek to call this morning again I mean come on what part of no don't you understand
