Makes appointments and then conveniently runs late to a point she canxels the appointment. Had an appointment for 1.30pm and by 5.05pm no show and a message sorry she cant make it. I am furious and wasted an entire Saturday waiting for her. Unacceptable.
I paid for a bracelet and necklace in october I have received no email to track my order I call the phone just rings I have sent numerous emails and no response - I have never received such poor service like this in my life. PLEASE REFUND

My parcel arrived in South Africa on the 4th march 2022 its been sitting with Jet Park Speed services till today 28 March 2022, I have sent numerous emails I have made numerous phone calls to 086023133 i wait everytime 25 to 30 minutes with zero response no response on my emails to speedservices@postoffice.co.za I am furious that I have to follow up to see my parcel is I want my parcel so who do I need to contact further to take this to a higher level

I have never in my life received such terrible service from a service advisor like Mahlodi . Zero calls to update me on the progress of a vehicle 1 week of me constantly having to call everyday even then still no response from Mahlodi. We had to call the DP. I requested invoice so I can pay and collect my car before 5pm yesterday still nothing received call again this morning everyone is busy and still no invoice or updates
Watch out for this company take too long to complete the tasks at hand and have a million excuses why your work has not been touched eg: We got no power we got no generators our systems were offline or they too busy , Don't waste your time with a company who is too busy for your work clearly they bitten off too much to chew. If you are a professional business have a generator or at least tell your clients when you will actually start the job and have it completed.
