Their call center agents phones our company at least 5 times a day - insisting on speaking to sales executives. We have told them multiple times to refrain from calling us as we have our own insurance contracts in place and we are NOT INTERESTED this has however not stopped them. We have lodged multiple complaints to the management @ friends for life and we have now referred our emails to the insurance ombud as this is plain harassment. They get very rude and defensive when asked if they are calling from an insurance company.
