Extremely disappointed with the shocking lack of professionalism and care shown by Josh Varner and his team regarding my property purchase. For months, they have withheld my funds with no clear communication or resolution. Despite countless emails and follow-ups, I have received little to no acknowledgment or response from their team, including Nabila and the conveyancers. This blatant disregard for my concerns and the complete lack of urgency in addressing my matter is unacceptable. No one should have to deal with this type of treatment. They clearly only care about themselves and their own benefit, showing no respect for their clients. At this point, it feels like my money has been practically ******. Be cautious if you ever consider working with them, as their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability are beyond frustrating.
I have been communicating back and forth with Kayla and Ronitha regarding the sales agreement for Ballito Hills. Louis who is apparently the conveyor is extremely rude and speaks over you. Without any investigation he defends his staff without even having any knowledge of my transaction. Kayla seem to be hard of understanding simple emails and gives no factual feedback and just emails one expecting them to adhere. Ronitha was speaking to me and then just disappeared after a few calls and emails. This is not how you treat people and it seems that Louis has not idea what is going on in this matter. He is extremely rude defensive and whats to speak over people. He further goes on to say that i am belittling people but all i have done was speak the truth. I am cancelling this entire agreement due to this fact. I am further going to Social Media about your company and the type of people you call attorneys.
What disgusting customer s****ed displayed by your consultant ROSEY RAMNATH. Absolutely shocked by this level of poor services rendered. I have recently purchased a property in Durban North and currently the deal is a few days away from being transferred. Today I drove past the property and was alarmed by the complex being left unattended to as the main gate was left open. I parked on the side of the road and decided to just check that everything was okay. Upon arriving at my apartment on the second level I was disturbed by the sliding door being left unlocked and the apartment abandoned when after being promised that every due care and precaution would be taken to insure property is keep safe. I then noticed shoe prints on the front tiles so I walked in and inspected the place only be more disappoint by finding urine stains in and out of the toilets and the toilet seat had also been broken in one of the bathrooms, there were also dirty hand marks on the master bedroom wall. I called ROSEY RAMNATH and expressed my concerns and she had the ugliest attitude and stated I was not allowed to trespass the property and no one was allowed to... Yet the complex is left open for anyone to walk in and out, vandalize property, make use of the toilets and who knows possibly even sleep over at night. There is no security and people are free to do as they please yet ROSEY RAMNATH as the nerve to hang up the phone continuously and will not admit that she is unprofessional in this regard. Before all funds were paid she played a roll of a concerned estate agent only looking out for ones well being but as soon as the deal is signed she is ready to walk away. Clearly she is only concerned about making commission and not committed to her job. I understand the property is not transferred over to me yet but i have paid in full for the home and therefore have full financial interest. The transfer is less then a week away and during this time if something happens I will be the one affected financially. Further more this property is a brand new development and was told that no one lived there before. Yet people are allowed to walk in and out of an opened apartment and do as they please???? No one should have to deal with an estate agent like Rosey Ramnath her only concern is by making a sale and walking away... I wonder how does a company like Wakefields employ such negative people. I will never again deal with Wakefields and your disrespectful employee. Rosey i hope one day you are treated in the same manner. So you realise how frustrating it is when someone gives outsiders permission to use your home like a dump zone.
