I am so disgusted about the service I received from Wakefield Pinetown. Agent by the name of Khanyi Ndlovu took me for a ride when I tried to buy property recently. When she asked me for a pre approval I clearly stated that I have it but she made me do another one. This was after viewing the house and having told her that I wanted it. When her pre aproval came back she made me sign an offer to purchase, not informing me that I am a back up client. Two days after signing she then told me that there was a client who signed before me and that the owner of the property chose that particular client, so I was a back up in case that customer get declined by the bank . Few days later she informed me that the client got the bond therefore the house was gone. Wakefield is the company I trusted a lot but now I can't say the same due to this. I hope that they train their agents in future and I hope this Agent will be dealt with because I believe she should have informed me from the beginning that I was a back up. If nothing is done about this I am taking this further, if it means going to the ombudsman I will do exactly that. Khanyi Ndlovu is an *********** agent from Wakefield Pinetown.

I was in the market to purchase and I had set up an appointment to view, Sonja was awesome, on time or should I say before and waiting. Sonja went the extra mile to arrange for a second viewing so I could make up my mind, Sonja negotiated on the price for me which was appreciated. Sonja went above and beyond to ensure that she kept both the buyer and the seller not only updated but also meeting us half way to structure a great deal. May God Bless and make your business Prosper. Kind regards Darryl

I had made an appointment with an agent from Wakefields Chatsworth , namely Nisha for 22 October at 6 pm. At 6 pm on the day we had a no show, then at 6.02 I sent her a message and there was no reply. I tried calling her via WhatsApp but to no avail. At about 6.05 pm I called her and she answered, but to my shock, she informed me that she has to reschedule the appointment. I then enquired why she had not informed me earlier of this and why she waited for me to call her to inform of me her decision. An invalid excuse was given and an apology. This is the value that Wakefields Chatsworth gives to their potential clients and this is how professional they are in dealing with potential clients then one wonders how professional are they.

Terrible service. I have been dealing with Wakefields Chatsworth for the purchase of my first home. every step of the way has been a nightmare. there has been issue after issue and every time I requested assistance the agent handling my transaction never seems to provide adequate assistance or follow up with my query and the branch manager was none the better hence the expected service from the team reporting to her. their service providers never seemed to do the right thing and the constant back and forth. and passed the pest inspection with wood borers and issues still present. appalling to say the least.

We have just sold our property and are in the throws of buying another. Two different suburbs and two different Wakefields branches. The agents we have dealt with have been professional, courteous and friendly. Trish and Randy have taken away a lot of the stress associated with selling and buying. Thanks to both teams

on dealing with wakefield hilcrest we had the worst experience with an agent called Samantha langford. We had been approved for a house and were to move into the property on the 1st of May. When we were sent the contracts she gave me 10 minutes to sign them and was hounding on whatsapps. Once all was signed and scanned through all 30 odd pages she threw a fit because it was not seperated and now that was more work for her. She then demanded that we pay the deposit and first month rent immediatly even though we were only to receive the keys on the 26th. this she fought hard about. I then in turn decided the best way to resolve this issue was to contact the Boss of her agency Kay. SHe was more understanding and was helping us resolve the issue. Only to receive disgusting messages from Samantha on how dare i go to her boss behind her back. subsequently she decided that the house was not going to be leased to us. Luckily we did not pay anything. She then continued with her disgusting messages late into the night on Friday. so if you are considering renting or buying a house from wakefields Hilcreast just make sure you do not have to do it through Samantha Langford. worst service I have ever received from an estate agent and I would be completely embarrassed if she was one of my staff

Wakefield real estate in the Bluff branch (Shireen & Prudence) were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. They made things easier for me as it was my first time going through the process of buying the house. I would recommend that anyone who wants to buy a house to use their platform as they will be assisted with a smile on Wakefield real estate.
