I would like to formally forward a compliment for the employee at the pavilion store. Mainly the employee by the name of Otto. In the past the store's performance and my experience was okay, however this employee's service and attitude made all the difference at the store and I believe that I should give a compliment where it is due. His performance and mannerisms were excellent and if for nothing else, just for his experience I would definitely visit the store again.
i Called into liquid capital for a quotation on a service plan for my vehicle and was given a quotation, there was no mention of a special nor was it mentioned on the quotation sent to me. nevertheless i communicated to the agent via email and was keen on going on with the quote, there was no mention still on mail that there was a special. upon receiving the call back then the agent advises that there was a special that had expired and the installment would go up. this is not the right was to do business and i would like assistance with this matter from Management. the agent i spoke with made the difference seem like it was no big deal yet it is an added cost to me. also he stated not in so many words that the mention of the special had slipped his mind and he does not normally work on selling these. he just advises whats given to him from the system yet the special which appeared on the system was not relayed to me. i would like assistance as urgent as possible. Agents name is Yanga Dlakavu. if you call into this company speak to someone else.
I cant believe how this process is being handled. The agent Shireen Fenwick was supposed to assist my wife and i. we received assistance with obtaining the finance from the bank and with the First home finance. shireen assisted with the finance and once payment was made and She received her commission we were unable to get any assistance from her and every call to the company was a dead end. Home was purchased in October and to date every time my wife and I call std bank for the first home finance confirmation and money was sent to Ooba from first home finance in October 2024. it is now April 2025. This is terrible behavior from the representative (Shireen) and i would never recommend Ooba to any of my friends and family who will be purchasing homes this year. I have been trying to get assistance through many calls, emails and WhatsApp messages and would be grateful for any assistance i can get because Shireen is no help at this stage.
Terrible service. I recently purchased a property, there are 5 prepaid meters, 3 registered to citiq and 2 to another company. upon trying to register the 2 onto citiq, i am making repeat calls through to their call centre and being promised a call back from sales who either dont care or are on holiday because it is now 2 days later and i am still not assisted. i sent repeat mails and messaged their whatsapp line and no help. just empty promises and automated responses. Is someone able to assist me or have I made a mistake to deal with this company?
Terrible service. I have been dealing with Wakefields Chatsworth for the purchase of my first home. every step of the way has been a nightmare. there has been issue after issue and every time I requested assistance the agent handling my transaction never seems to provide adequate assistance or follow up with my query and the branch manager was none the better hence the expected service from the team reporting to her. their service providers never seemed to do the right thing and the constant back and forth. and passed the pest inspection with wood borers and issues still present. appalling to say the least.
The representative was knowledgeable and able to assist me with all my questions and at the end of the call I was happy with the service.
