I am so disgusted about the service I received from Wakefield Pinetown. Agent by the name of Khanyi Ndlovu took me for a ride when I tried to buy property recently. When she asked me for a pre approval I clearly stated that I have it but she made me do another one. This was after viewing the house and having told her that I wanted it. When her pre aproval came back she made me sign an offer to purchase, not informing me that I am a back up client. Two days after signing she then told me that there was a client who signed before me and that the owner of the property chose that particular client, so I was a back up in case that customer get declined by the bank . Few days later she informed me that the client got the bond therefore the house was gone. Wakefield is the company I trusted a lot but now I can't say the same due to this. I hope that they train their agents in future and I hope this Agent will be dealt with because I believe she should have informed me from the beginning that I was a back up. If nothing is done about this I am taking this further, if it means going to the ombudsman I will do exactly that. Khanyi Ndlovu is an *********** agent from Wakefield Pinetown.
You know these people don't deserve even a single star.they sent me a msg that on Thursday the 27th I should be at home they would come I waited and they never came. I called them Friday they said Monday I called Monday they said Tuesday I called Tuesday they said Wednesday. So I don't know what to do anymore. And I never even chose them . Poor service actually pathetic. They are such a disappointment. I don't even know when this parcel will come.
I sent a car for service after getting an authorization from them but it took them 4 full days as they couldn't pay the same day. This meant that I missed 4 days at work. When I cancelled with them they asked me to pay R3200 cancellation fee.now the problem is I am asking them to give me the break down as to how they arrived at that R3200. They fail to that do that
Pedro's in Chatsworth at unit 5. Horrible service I received first I had to listen to their music while I phoned them for more than 30 minutes before they could answer the phone to take my order. When my order was finally taken I was told to come pick up in the next 30 minutes. To my surprise when I went in to collect I was told to follow the queue with all the people who never called but went straight to the store. I had to wait for another 30 minutes following a queue while I phoned prior which is horrible.
Avbob has been deducting an amount of R361 from my persal without my knowledge from mid 2021. I have nothing with them .submitted a complaint to them but no response yet. Where they got my details from I don't know .I wish they could cancel this and refund all the money they have stolen from me.
I went there yesterday and when i picked a six pack beer dumpies it fell down. I think the problem was with packaging. To my suprise they forced me to pay for the fallen beer
Hello Peter i just want to express my disgust about old mutual.Old mutual is deducting R600 from my account monthly to policies i never took. I DONT have a single product from them . I don't even know where they got my persal number from. I visited their branch at Bridge city kwaMashu and they said they are filling a fraud claim 3 weeks back but I have not received any communication from the fraud department yet. Please assist.
