They sacamed me my money R700 I bought alcohol last week it said declined but took money out my account I went to the office they said I must wait 48 hours I did and still didn't receive my money it's been almost a week and a half am a student and I haven't got my miney

Very poor customer service I bought a Black Label special of R55x3 and I brought my own bottles and I was charged R61 when I told them about that error I had to wait more that 2 hours for it to be resolved the staff was busy chatting with each other they didn’t inform the manger I had to go to the store Mananger my self…. I’m so disappointed

Failing Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and unfair for them to denying me my right to exchange. Pathetic service especially in black community but if it was in white areas the exchange could be done👎🏼.

I send my son on 13-02-2026 to boxer liquor in Moletsane Soweto to buy me Castle Lite x2 but he bought Castle Malt. On the 14-02-2026 I went to exchange then the manager told me they want original prove of purchase. I then show the them picture of proof of purchase on my phone and it was rejected. I don't blame the manager because he got instructions from the head office whom they told me that i won't get an exchange it's not there problem.

went there during December holidays to buy some alcohol for ceremony at home only to find that their security staff members are having attitudes towards customers as i was pushing the troll full of alcohol i was refused to go with it outside to the parking lot where i parked the car and i had to use my hand carrying heavy things that i bought at boxer with my own money so which makes me to ask a question about boxer and it management esoecailly in rural arrears we are not taken serious by BOXER SUPERSTORE AND LIQUORE

Went to buy some alcohol on the 30.12.2025 for new year's eve and the packaging was not great as I tried to get an item from the shelve ,buy another item that was not touched from the shelve fell off and the security guy can screaming at me saying "you break you pay when I asked what did I break, Se said he does not care that's the store rule. Very rude and demanding. I'm not happy and néed this looked into

I was at boxer liquor Chris hani on 15 December at around 5:30, I was paying using a voucher the cahier billed R50 instead of R500 now the supervisor said since the cashier made a mistake the voucher has been redeemed and they can't help me it is my loss. So R450 it is gone just like that
