I was at boxer liquor Chris hani on 15 December at around 5:30, I was paying using a voucher the cahier billed R50 instead of R500 now the supervisor said since the cashier made a mistake the voucher has been redeemed and they can't help me it is my loss. So R450 it is gone just like that
I HAVE BEEN WITH MAHINDRA FAMILY FOR 5 YEARS NOW TO BE EXACT, THIS IS THE SECOND MAHINDRA I BOUGHT FROM THEM, 2021 DECEMBER I PURCHASED KUV100 #DARE NEVER IN MY LIFE I WILL BUY A MAHINDRA AGAIN, I CAN CONVINCE OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO. CURRENTLY ENGINE IS STANDING ON 38 000 KM HOWEVER THE ENGINE LIGHT WARNING LIGHT STARTED BEING ON AND THE CAR DIDN’T START HAT TO BE TOWED TO THE WORKSHOP. I REQUESTED FOR A COURTESY CAR I WAS TOLD THEY DON’T HAVE…… NOW IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A CAR USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT. NOW THAT IS NOT THE END, I WAS TOLD THE CAR HAS FALLEN OUT OF WARRANTY I RECEIVED 2 ENORMOUS QOUTATIONS WITH DIFFERENT PRICING ON 30 OCTOBER 2023 REITUMETSE SENT A QUOTATION TOTALLING TO R24 682,76 STATING THEY HAVE MANAGED TO COMPILE A COMPLETE QUOTATION FOR THE REPAIRS GAVE THEM A GO AHEAD TO FIX THE CAR ON 11TH OF NOVEMBER 2023 YESTERDAY I GOT ANOTHER INVOICE FROM REITUMETSE TOTALLING TO R31 643,02 THIS A REAL FINANCIAL INCONVINIENCE. MAHINDRA FAILED TO MEET MY EXPECTATIONS IN TERMS OF SERVICE QUALITY, I HAD TO CONSTANTLY REQUEST FOR UPDATES ON REPAIRS OF THE VEHICLE. I REGRET BUYING THIS BRAND!!!!!!!

I never expected my order to be delivered so quickly I ordered on 11/04/2022 and received my package on 13/04/2022. I am definitely gonna refer my friends and family.

MY MOBILE CONTRACT ENDED IN SEPTEMBER 2020 TO DATE TELKOM IS STILL DEBITING IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT .MY CONTRACT WAS R169 PER MONTH HOWEVER IN OCTOBER THEY DECIDED TO DEBIT R912.40 FOR WHAT I DON'T KNOW TODAY I GOT ANOTHER INVOICE STATING ANOTHER R982.40 IS DUE TO BE DEBITED ON 30 NOVEMBER 2020 TELKOM IS SICKENING I REGRET TAKING CONTRACT WITH THEM
In 2017 December I booked for installation to be done in the vereeniging it was confirmed that the maximum days it can take for installation it is 4 days but to date no installation has Been done whenever I call the installers they postpone n say they have a lot of installations to it is really annoying because it is almost a month now I've been callling every day the service is worst I can't even imagine having to deal with them if possible get other service provider to do it because they clearly can't do their jobs
I went to pick to pick and pay and made a purchase with the store account and my account was blocked to my surprise no body in the store knew how to assist to unblock it, I am extremely disappointed with the service received in fact it was not even service because my query is just pending no body service was service, I called the call center multiple times to unblock it and told to email my ID copy I did that about 5 times no assistance received still ,I asked the managers in store whether to Pay off the account and close the account because no body knows the administration around it the manager didn't know so now it is still blocked I cant pay to close it off I am just hanging. Fix admin around store account before canvassing customers to take it
ON MARCH 28/2015 I PAID FOR A CHEST OF DRAWER CASH !!! AND IT WAS SUPPLIED WITH NO KEY I AND TO DATE IT IS STILL LOCKED I AM UNABLE TO USE IT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THAT KEY AND EVEN CALLING BUT THE ONLY FEEDBACK I GET IS THAT THEY HAVE ORDERED THE KEY AND THE DRIVER EVEN SAID HE LOST THE KEY THE FIRS TIME WENT TO ENQUIRE .I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND TO ORDER A KEY COULD TAKE 4 MONTHS
