We used to trust absa bank as a family like no ones else but then only to find disappointments and poor services by their estates management or branches. I lost my father 2020 March and my dad had a WIL with ABSA. But up until today we haven't been able to take over the estates which is held by absa .when we try to ask for help attitude is being given and telling us that the person who was responsible for the estate resigned. Why did ABSA allow our late dad to do WIL with them if they knew that they would not help us? I wouldn't advise someone to do his/her WIL with ABSA even insurances are doubtable to use from ABSA.
went there during December holidays to buy some alcohol for ceremony at home only to find that their security staff members are having attitudes towards customers as i was pushing the troll full of alcohol i was refused to go with it outside to the parking lot where i parked the car and i had to use my hand carrying heavy things that i bought at boxer with my own money so which makes me to ask a question about boxer and it management esoecailly in rural arrears we are not taken serious by BOXER SUPERSTORE AND LIQUORE
During holiday i was at home in kzn Nkandla and decided to go and fill up gas in my car. During time of filling the gas in the car i sent my younger brother to buy some Simba chips unfortunately he came back with wrong flavor so when i went with him and receipt they refused to change it for us. I was so disappointed same time angry because i used to trust Engen gas station a lot as i always fill my car there. The staff there have attitudes towards customers. please resolve this issue with Nkandla Engen Garage
