Absolutely no customer service. Have tried HO and client centre numbers.Tired of canned music after 2 telephone calls of at least 20 minutes each. Customer service is an oxy*****!
SSEM MTHEMBU should be ,as a medical products company, striving for excellence not high standards. There products are expensive and almost monopolistic. It would appear to be the the usual " Profits over client satisfaction. The quality of peoples lives are at stake in their business sector.
