Ad**** ingram is one of the few manufacturers of Codeine Phosphate which many patients with short bowel syndrome use to survive. This is the only medication that assist us with slowing down our daily output and now they have just discontinued it which means that we now have to resort to using other medication that is combined with paracetamol and this can be very harmful. Who decided the fate of myself and so many others that need this medication? They are no longer producing it and pharmacies have no alternative, except for morphine or the other meds that are mixed with other ingredients but how are we suppose to operate on morphine all day?? They obviously have no concern for the patients that are now left helpless and without an appropriate replacement and no one can answer the question why or what is the plan going forward??

I bought citro soda and it had 50% contents in the bottle. I complained on the consumer Facebook profile via inbox and the response was that the company follows strict quality regulations and inspections and that they’re sorry for my experience… sorry adckock, but not in this economy. This inconvenience highly contradicts your failure proof quality system

I contacted via email Ad**** regarding Plush Microwave oven cleaner on the 28th November I received a email back from Nicole McKenzie telling me that the product would be uplifted which is was a couple of days later. I waited for feedback and in December sent another email to Nicole McKenzie around the 9th December 2024 but still know reply around later in December I sent another email to her and returned email said she would be on leave until the 13th January. On the 15th January 2025 after not hearing from her I sent another email and was told by her a hamper was delivered to me the 1st week of December. I sent her a email stating I have not received any hamper the first week December and went on holiday myself on the 9th December 2024.. since the 15th January there have been emails to Nicole stating she did an investigation and apologized and that she has upgraded the hamper and it would be delivered Monday the 20th January. In to emails to her I told her I was on holiday and would only be back 19th January and if she wanted to rather wait until I got back. In the interim I asked my neighbour if he would be in on Monday and receive the parcel from the couriers which he said yes and gave Nicole the option for delivery but asked her to let me know as I didn't want my neighbour to be inconvenienced in any way. As of today I have not heard from her. I feel as a big company as Ad**** this is bad communication. PLEASE NOT I AM ONLY AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP AS I AM ON HOLIDAY STILL. Thank you. I just contacted your call centre and I was assisted by a lady, the operator who was professional and referred me to Sharon from account. My query was to get a direction on ordering the emulsifying ointment base as a small business owner and I asked the minimum order quantity and she started assuming that we cannot meet R5000 per month minimum order quantity of which is small as I already spent more than that a month buying at different Dischems as they never have more than 5 bases per store, what I currently do is drive around Dischems buying whatever the have on shelf at R125 per 500g. When I started asking why she is assuming that we cannot meet a mere R5000 she goes on to say I even call with a private number, I didn’t know private lines are not welcome at ingrams. When I started telling her that I am feel like she is profiling and stereotyping me she hung up in my ear.

I've been using alcophyllex ever since and it's been so helpful to me and all the family, when it comes to chest relief, cough and blocked nose. So this week I bought two from two different pharmacies and this alcophyllex is just dyed water. I couldn't even take them back to pharmacies, because the fault is with manufacturer. Worst there are no contact details from your website. Please fix your problem, add whatever that is short. Very disappointed in you guys!

I bought a panado infant drops with dropper. Received the package but there was no dropper. information the company they said they will pick up the defected and replace it. they have picked up the one I have and are now Ignoring me. I spoke to Kiran Kumar who said all will be sorted but I'm still waiting. My baby is now teething should I buy more panado while still waiting for my package been one month now they still don't have stock ?
