Just Thought your Company should be made aware of the poor service your repair centre has provided in getting my phone repaired , it will be my last LG cellphone I ever buy. Below is a the amount of times your organization and MTN have had to get my problem resolved and to date I have had no Joy with your product and MTN Upgraded my Contract in October 2019 got a LG Q60 , never used the phone until lockdown March 30th 2020 , within a month of use , I could not use the phone on Bluetooth as it distorted and could not hear a thing and then the speaker stopped working and had to use the phone with a headset all the time or ise it on speaker , took my Phone to Mtn Clearwater Mall only to get my phone back after 2 months only to find that it was reset and the phone speaker was still not working and the issue when connecting to Bluetooth was still not fixed. Took the phone back and this time it took 3 months to get it back only to find that the clips on the back cover was broken obviously when they attempted to fix it , the speaker and bluetooth issue still not fixed and now a broken back cover , took the phone back only to be without it for another 2 months. Got the phone back and Bluetooth issue seemed to be fixed however the speaker still did not work , went back to MTN Clearwater ( which by the way has the Worst customer service ever ) dealt with Beki and Xolani both of who are an embrassment to any retail company and the title of management. This time I demanded that my phome now be replaced as I was totally disappointed in MTN and LG as I have only ever used LG for the last 15 years , I got my first ever email and a Phone call from Beki from the time I initially booked the phone in for a Repair and was told not to worry he was escalating my matter to his regional manager and would keep me updated , that was the Last contact made with me which again is almost a month later , went into the store 2 weeks ago and spoke to Xolani and explained my story only to find out that Beki was leave and he could do nothing to assist. Went back into today the 14th of March 2021 Beki is still on leave and would supposedly be back this week ( What a Circus ) MTN I will be reversing my debit orders from now until I get a call from your Regional manager and a Resolution to my issue of this broken phone that I am still paying and have had almost 4 months use of in the last 18 months. I have been etremely patient with your pathetic excuse for a Business and your totally incompetent staff and management in your Clearwater Mall branch , looking forward to having this problem resolved in the coming week
