Incompetence
<p>Last Year in October I have taken out a contract from Telkom, this morning I receive an SMS stating a Courier company is on its way to deliver my phone. When i called Telkom I was put on hold for 10minutes thereafter stated my concern and the consultant assisted and was thereafter on hold for a good few minutes.</p> <p>The consultant stated there was a mix up with the paper work and i should not accept the phone from the courier when they come to deliver and the charges will be cancelled.</p> <p>My question to Telkom is , you are Telecommunication Company should you not employ competent and staff that have s****s and knowledge.</p> <p>Why must other people be inconvienced for stupidity.</p> <p>The Team Leader Rufus Vadiva assisted but was of no help, he even supported me to go to social media.</p> <p>I would like Telkom to Refund me for my calls and an Apology letter in place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind REgards</p> <p>Caveetha</p>
