Annoying sales calls
It's January 2026 and I am getting numerous annoying calls from cartrack trying to sell me an upgrade to my contract with them. I have told them that I am not interested but they call me 2-4 times a day. Most annoying!

Lousy service
I placed an order on Bobshop on the 30th of August and on the 1st September, the supplier had packed my order and waiting for Pargo to collect it. The parcel was eventually collected by Pargo on the 16th September after I frustrated the supplier with my calls asking about my order. How can it take 15 days to collect from suppliers? Then days after I collected my order from Portable Things, I kept getting messages & emails to fetch my parcel. Irritating!!!! Can you please get your systems to work.

Examplary customer service
Best service all round. Everytime I'm at the Midrand store, I'm treated like a queen. The guys will willingly assist to carry items from my car, serve me with respect and a smile. I can only say "well done to all the staff there" and a big Thank you. Regards Lily Tofile

Great service. Will order parts if he doesn't have and keeps you updated and then speedy delivery when part arrives. Will always buy from this company. Price is also good.

Atrocious service
I will NEVER book at this place again. We booked and paid for our rooms almost a month in advance. However, on arrival we spent almost an hour trying to sort out our rooms. There was no list at reception of our names and allocated rooms. had to call the owner Adelaide to sort out the issue. Very unprofessional!! Room 10 - the bathroom door makes a horrible noise when you open and close it. Please fix.

Despicable bank behaviour
My account was blocked by the bank without any notification at about 10:30pm. In the morning (Tymeback call centre operates 7am-8pm), I called the call centre at my own phone expense and was told they blocked it for my security from fraud. After being asked numerous questions about my ID, cell no, email address etc. my account was reopened. Surely it should be the account owner who requests the bank to stop account when there's suspicion of fraud. I could have been on holiday and unable to spend my own money because Tymebank willy-nilly decides to block my account.

Disgraceful service
I wish the prices on the shelves matched what is on the shop's computer at Dischem Randpark Ridge. Bought a Magneto LED lantern hoping to pay the price displayed on the shelf. At the till I was charged a higher price and was told that the price on the shelf was for black Friday which was now over. How annoying! So why the hell do they not remove those prices???????

Useless staff
I went in to buy a watering can as per their website. When I got to the till, the price was different. The teller was not interested in assisting with establishing why and she just said that's what the price is in the system.
