As a 1st time skeptical customer, I was blown away. Amazing service, sneakers as advertised, quick delivery. I contacted on WhatsApp at 10pm to change sizes and they assisted.
I reported a faulty TV THREE weeks ago. I was told a technician will come and assess the TV before replacement/repair... Every 5 days I called looking for an update but I get a different story about the supplier. Today I called again and I was put on hold for more than 45min which I patiently waited for ONLY to be told that I'll get a call back. It's been more than 3 hours waiting for the said "callback" My TV is only just over a year old so I am well within the 7 years warranty period. Why can't they just honour that?
28th of May I sold my car and immediately notified the tracker company of the sale. No feedback received from the company as they tried to continue debiting my acc, which I just simply reversed from my bank... Please see below a breakdown of what happened as per my mail to the company. All incidents occurred as follows: "Good day, Please see my query below for your urgent attention. 1. Just after accepting the contract via a sales call with an agent from Mixtelematics November 2018, I was told on that call that everything incl contract, T&C’s will be sent to me via mail. This did not happen. 2. On the 28th of May 2019, I sent a mail to you guys canceling my contract because I sold the car(this mail was later forwarded to Lenardo cc’d here to confirm that I did cancel) I did not get any response from you guys. And the debits continued, forcing me to reverse with my bank. 3. Fast forward to 20 Aug 2019 I came to your offices to get this issue resolved and Lenardo was assigned to me. On this day, a few things were confirmed: The email address that was in your system assigned to me was invalid(don’t know where you got it, it was never mine) We listened to the recording confirming that I gave you guys a valid email address so the above was not my fault. It was confirmed that I was never sent the cancelation fee in May, and worse the contract or T&Cs were never sent to me as promised on the voice call which was recorded. BASICALLY THERE’s NEVER BEEN COMMUNICATION ON YOUR END. 4. On the 20th of August, I was then sent a cancellation letter from this mail and two things were wrong here. This letter was dated 20 Aug which is not factual because I actually canceled this in May 2019. It also meant that the debits that I had been reversing from June were also added to the cancellation fee which is unfair to me because again… I canceled in May. 5. I understand that because someone initially made an error by typing a wrong email address then maybe ALL these things were sent to that address so I am asking for all of those to be forwarded to me and most importantly not to be charged penalties based on YOUR mistakes. Mixtelelmatics continues to debit my acc as if nothing has been discussed and I simply just reverse and this looks so bad on my account record. Please note that this matter has already started affecting my credit record and I want it resolved ASAP before involving any legal structures. Please let me know if you need more information. " The only response I received after sending such a long email was an attachment with a cancellation fee. within seven days I replied to that attachment with a POP also asking for my name to be removed from their debit list as well as a ref no. AGAIN there was no response, but a few days later I received a mail saying my account is being handed over to legal because I quote " numerous attempts to communicate with no co-operation" Today I called wanting clarity and I was told that the money I paid was not part of some outstanding fees or something like that, so my account is still due and will be handed over, and that the people I have been communicating with on my case no longer work in the department so I cannot be assisted I must just pay the outstanding fee. When I asked about the numerous attempts to contact me, they mentioned that I was called about reversing a debit order so my response of "I canceled my acc" was not sufficient, and that there were "calls after that which I did not answer" this was followed with an noreply mail giving me a new cancelation fee as if today is the 1st time I am calling to cancel + a ref no; indicating that my issue has been resolved.
