Shocking service
I am starting to believe that this company does not exist anymore. Their customer care line says it does not exist. The emails are ignored. When I do get an automated email response, it says ticket number is resolved. IT IS NOT RESOLVED. I have had no telephone lines for 3 weeks now and have reported this more than once. I am disgusted in this service and will start my mission in finding a service provider that cares about the businesses they service.

Dishonest con
I ordered and paid for 10 menu cover in November 2019 and was promised delivery in December. Since then I have been lied to that they were on their way but never received the paid for items. Was promised a refund but have not received a cent back.

Disgusting Service
<p>Our parcel was collected in JHB by FMS Couriers on 27 Feb 2017 to be delivered to our customer in the Polekwane area. To date - 13 March 2017, our parcel is sitting in George and no one seems to care. This was our first order for this customer and thanks to FMS it will be our last. I will never recommend them to anyone....unless you want your parcels to go missing. </p>
