Starting off the switch from our normal pre-paid meters to i-Switch meters seemed like a nightmare. With alot of admin and transferring existing balance to the new units. But Yaseen Hendricks is an absolute champion, assisting with all my queries and sorting out all the problems we had. Yaseen made the transfer a stress free experience and I greatly appreciate all his help.
<p>We lodged a complaint of a Blocked drain on the 10/03/2017, to day is the 14/03/2017 and no service has been done. i have Spoken to 6 " supervisors" and they all give me the same response: "we will get back to you/someone is on their way" i have explained to them the severity of this problem but they just dont care.</p> <p>our yard is flooded, we cannot open any taps as the water is just not draining . and we have to pay rates and taxes for this. this is pathetic.</p>
