I am bussy looking into a matter regarding this company. Will someone whom had a deduction done on their bank account from this company please send me the reference that was used on their deduction. You can do it as a review again against this company. I will get it that way. Thank you
<p>I took my 55 Inch Sinotech Television in for Repairs at Makro SIlver Lakes on the 24th of February.</p> <p>On the 14th of March they informed me that I can come and collect my TV.</p> <p> </p> <p>First they gave me the incorrect TV, which I relaised when I got home. So then I needed to take it back again to the store to get my correct TV.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon arival they informed me that my TV is behind me on the trolley. Only to find out that someone placed a heave box on top of the screen of my TV.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furious about it I asked that we must test it.</p> <p>As we removed the buble wrap I saw that there was 2 foorptints on the screen of the TV. The Dust from the Bubllewrap made that the footprints showed. Myself and the inventory manager plugged and HDMI cable into it to see if it still works.</p> <p>After a while you you could see that in the corner where the footprint is the display becomes as if it is smudged.</p> <p>THe Inventory manager then wanted to send it back in to Sinotech to be prepaired.</p> <p>I then directly told him that I dont want this repaired I want a credit note as it is not acceptable for them to damage my TV by stepping on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then said he will discuss it with the supplier and phone me back first thing in the morning.</p> <p>After I phoned them for the 3rd time, I still had no answer from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand a credit note for the price I paid for my TV, I am verry disapointed in Makro SIlver Lakes and the way they handle their customers and their customers property.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.</p>
