Worst place to eat
<p>This was a pertetic experience I ordered a prawns dish the guy who served me could hardly talk proper English he even had a slight attitude...I then came back to pick up my order only to find that he prepared something else after telling him this is not what I asked for...I then when on asking for the manager after speaking with him he did not understand me as a The customer and only wanted to state he's argument...I then asked for a refund which he refused I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to my meal I left what was given to me back during the dispute....I would never order there again and I urge anyone not to eat at this over priced bad service establishment

No feedback from my complaint lodged on 16/01/2017
<p>I am currently 40 weeks pregnant, been buying Parmalat 1kg yoghurts ever since I've been pregnant since 2 months ago when I purchased a 1kg tub of limited edition summer berries on 15/01/2017 which said to expire on 20/01/2017 and open the tub as soon as I got home only to find it moulded at the top( i have photos to prove this). It was too late to go back to the store so I contacted the Parmalat customer line and lodged s complaint, thereafter they sent a courier to pick it up almost 2 weeks later and said they wil get back to me with a voucher which up to this very day 15/03/2017 I have not received. I had to make several calls thereafter and was said that a voucher had been sent to me which I did not receive and another one was being sent ( this was last month) which I also did not receive. I then got a call some time last month from a Parmalat agent who I said she was following up with the complaint I asked for her name and she simply hung up. I may seem petty as its just a 1 kg tub of yoghurt but I did not get this for free I paid almost r30.00 for it and my husband works hard to get me what I want especially now that I'm pregnant. I've wasted several calls and time of my own because of this companys lack of follow up. I've also lodged a complaint online on their site and haven't got feedback on that either. Parmalat suc**** Although I hav been enjoying their yoghurt but since this lack of interest in my complaint I will not recommended them to anyone </p>
