After simply enquiring about the service I received no communication from Dial A Maid until they appeared at my apartment over an hour after the time that I had enquired about (once again, even though I did not receive any communication nor give confirmation of this request). I told the guards at the complex to turn them away as I was not at home - since I had no indication that anyone was coming, and of course that time was obviously inconvenient for me, hence the enquiry for a time an hour later. Over the last 6 months since this incident I have been aggressively harassed over the phone that I must pay for a service that I a) did not agree to and b) did not receive! The latest incident being today where my partner was harassed over the phone by an angry man named Monty. I will be taking this further and am very disappointed in myself for not having read these reviews beforehand. Beware - a simple enquiry can lead to months of vicious harassment and invoicing for services not agreed to nor delivered.

Unprecedented phone calls, SMSes, and harassment.
<p>I was contacted by a "Kim-Ann" belonging to this company. After hanging up on a phone call offering a service I did not want. </p> <p> </p> <p>The individual who contacted me was incredibly unprofessional and childish in their handlings and continued to harass me with messages even after I asked for my number to be removed from their records. </p> <p> </p> <p>Seems like a scam if anything</p>
