Scorpion "Rip Off" Legal Protection
<p>On the 15 March 2017 I went to Scorpion Legal Protection, Durban branch, and consulted with Lorraine Naicker. I required assistance with a Divorce (Unopposed). <br />The Legal Advisor (Lorraine Naicker), advised me that the that the matter would be covered under an Extended Services benefit, which is offered to their policy holders <br />that qualify for same. I was further advised that I do qualify due to the following reasons:</p> <p>1. I needed to have a policy that covers civil matter - I have policy A. <br />2. My payments needed to be in order - My payments are up to date. <br />3. Matter needs to be within cover - I am a member since 2013.</p> <p>Today, I received a call from Lorraine Naicker, stating that the General Manager has sent out a communication stating that they will no longer assist their policy holders <br />in certain matters under their Extended Services benefit. My matter being one of it.</p> <p>Now tell me where is the fairness in this??? Is this a company that lacks poor Management s****s??? Management is not even keeping up to the companies values. </p>
