Bad service - No show

<p>My appointment for carpet cleaning was made and confirmed via email with Noel more than a month in advance. Noel contacts me on the wrong date (20 Feb 2017) and asked if we are still on. I gave him the correct date (20 March 2017). I sent a WhatsApp message reminder which Noel read 2 days before the actual appointment date. Come the day of the appointment he fails to take my calls and just doesn't show up. Eventually he WhatsApp's to give me a lame excuse of being in court with no eta. No apology and no attempt to reschedule ever recieved. I took the day off for this and cleared out the room for the cleaning too. Such an inconvenience. And the guy just doesn't show. There are plenty reputable cleaning companies out there. Do not use CREATIVE CLEANING.!!</p>
