Keep out! My friend and I became very sick after purchasing a disposable from Foggas which we believe was expired stock. We experienced symptoms such as Nausea and headaches, not the normal kind associated with vaping high nicotine. When contacted the store, I was turned away and refused to have my purchase refunded or replaced. My total purchase at the store that day was R1100.00 but a no care attitude was shown. Very poor customer service and questionable products… please stay away from this store physically and online. Cheers
<p>I have had a terrible experience with Twisp Gateway and I urge you to stay away from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a Twisp device only to realze that it wasn't good enough for me as the battery did not last as long as I expected and the overall experience of vaping on the Clearo 2 wasn't up to my standard.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them and asked if I could bring it back and they informed me that they could only refund me R440 of total R700 when the device was only a day old.</p> <p> </p> <p>I guess I do not have an option but I am moving over to an Eleaf device and will never go back to Twisp.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
