I used to love FNB for their technology but it’s now so frustrating, paying for private bank services but when you need help you don’t get any you are given different numbers to call by the machines
I ordered a 3pcs bedding which was delivered on the 15th of December 2023 when I got home I noticed they delivered a wrong size, but I have been using their sms service for returns but no calls until now the only people that call are those that are selling specials and have been telling me they can’t help it’s not their department. There is no contact number to use for returns you only depend on their call back which is not happening
FNB funeral policy did exceptional well, I made a claim on the App with the required documentation within 5mins the money was in my bank. Thank you

I booked 6tickets online 1andhalf hour on the bay yesterday (31 October 2021)for my husband's birthday only to be told when we arrived that they don't have the 1andhalf hour boat for the day if they get us on the 1hour I won't be able to get the refund on the difference which didn't make sense also because I paid for the 1andhalf I should get my change. Now what made it even worse is to be told I'll be charged 10% on cancelation otherwise I must come another day HOW? because I'm the one who was disappointed there with my whole family on what was supposed to be a surprise trip and THERE WAS NO BOAT why must I be charged cancelation fee?

I have been paying Legalwise for almost 10years, for the first time ever requesting for a lease agreement just a document and that is like what you are asking for is rocket science. That is very stressful I wonder what happens when you have a serious case. Almost a week since the tenant has been waiting. It's time to look for a company that will help when one needs assistance
It's so frustrating calling for 2 days with no answer, losing 2hours of your voice bundles and still no answer, what is more frustrating is paying for private banking services but have never received the private banker's help whenever you need one. This lockdown must be over already so I can changed banks. I have been scanned R4652.00and now I have no one to assist me even left messages on Facebook page
I'm sooo disappointed and frustrated even after we complained we still get ignored. We have a savings club account our constitution states clearly the names of the 2 signatories but the consultant decided to add 3 on the system without our knowledge now we can't get our money that we saved for school. Even though it's the branch's fault. Nedbank waterfront made the mistake on their side but still keeping our money.
I just opened an account for my 8yr old daughter and the consultant gave me a card for the account and she told me we will receive a personalized card in few days only noticed now that the card is worth R110 which was never explained to me I would have never taken a personal card on a child's account knowing the fees it is a bit too much from her account and now I feel robbed.
<p>I won a prize which was a night of complimentary accommodation for two, but whenever I make a booking the minute you mention it's a prize they change and say we are fully booked like really now. The prize is almost expired. Tried using it in DBN same story around CPT same story what's the point!</p>
