They contacted me for network change on Wifi, I have contacted and spoke to an agent online and asked to cancel the debit order and not interested in switching network anymore. The lady agent i spoke to assured me it was done and wont be debited after I finished the phone call. Just to see they never done what I requested and deducted the amount for the router and first instalment. I of course phoned back and the supervisor said no i had to whatsapp them and cancelled it and it will take 14 to 21 days for the refund. I am still waiting for my R2000 refund. You can't even phone them as the number goes through on a message box, whats app the repeat the same old line saying it takes 14 - 21 days for the refund. I have never come across such *********** and lack of communication nor service or customer delivery. The absolute worst ever, do not ever do any dealings with them you struggle to get assistances and answers.
I have never come across such and lovely experienced, sufficient and well trained staff member. Mariska Rademeyer you really make my day each and every time I deal with you and finance 27. You really go the extra mile and assist so helpfully and patiently. You really deserve a extra bonus or something from finance 27. There is only good and brilliant things I can say about you. Well done keep up the great work you are doing and treating clients you are such a great help. If only all the service providers agents can be so kind and helpful as you. O what a great client service SA would have. Thank you so much for your assistance time and time again. You are super Mariska Rademeyer.
<p>I have been with my specialist for bp since 2008 which a gp refered to me that time. Now my medical aid want me to get a referal letter from gp every 6 months to be referred to specialist which I am already under for 8 years. Which means I have to pay a gp and the specialist .
