We currently have a Business broadband connect wireless lite. We were shocked when received our bill for the period 01/08/2017 as the amount due was R16 759,57 and after reading through the bill, we found that Vodacom charged us 11 times for the lease of the same wireless router. Can we please get this error in the bill rectified as soon as possible and that Vodacom must refund us the difference that they overcharged us.
<p>We have been with Siemtech for the past 3 month and ever since they have taken over from Highveld telecoms, We've had endless problems with the quality of the calls and even worst service from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its seems like that can't fix the problems.I would not recommend them to anyone. </p>
