<p>My son's freind let his board drop into the pool. We sent it in to HBP and they couldent repair it due to the water damage but they gave us a awesome deal on a new unit and threw in some covers for us. Not often you get this type of support from companies and they were super nice to our kids teaching them tricks and how to operate the Hoverboards like pros. </p>
