Hi I have been requesting for an update on a refund for an event that was supposed to take place September 2025. I have sent numerous emails for an update with no feedback. No telephone number to contact, they no longer active on Instagram, what a disgrace.
<p>I did an upgrade on my Cell C Contract about a week later. The device I did the upgrade on was for an Iphone 6s plus, but the 6s got delivered to me. The phone was then collected from my possesion. And then only now a gentlemen by the name of Tebogo tells me they will go through all my recordings. What I do not understand why wasnt that done from when I first logged the complaint which was Friday 24.03.2017??</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked polietly for my voice recordings and only today Banele tells me they will send them to my nearest branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this a way of Cell C delaying the upgrade process all together?? I dont understand. Why was I tiold by Rose I qualify for an Iphone 6s plus on pinnacle 150 top up contract is she knows I dont? and on the system she processes Iphone 6s. What sort of scam is this?</p> <p> </p> <p>I need answers!!!</p>
<p>If you are reading this, good!</p> <p> </p> <p>I did an upgrade on my Cell C contract on Wednesday 22.03.2017 for an IPhone 6s Plus. I spoke to a lady from the cancellations department by the name of Rose Mogashoa she was very keen on assisting me throuch reverting of my initial contract cancellation with Cell C, therefore the cancellation was reverted and I was able to upgrade. Rose had gone through all the different packages I could qualify for & even designed other more packages to suit my budget on the device I did the upgrade. She thereafter called me back on the very same day 22.03.2017 and explained to me I can get the device I wanted, we went through som security questions and proceeded with the upgrade. The upgrade was for an Iphone 6s Plus on 16 GB on pinnacle 150 rose gold for R569.00 she took me through the terms & conditions and before the upgrade was proceeded I requested from Rose to confirm again the package she was offering. I repeatedly asked her so my package is "Iphone 6s Plus rose gold 16GB on pinnacle 150" and we were both in agreement. The upgrade was then proceesed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday at 23.03.2017 08:00 in the morning I received a phone call from Cell C's courier company which is RAM, I spoke to someone by the name of Bethwal, he said to me are you available at work so we can delivery your parcel to you, I confirmed that I am and I will be leaving work 16:15 he commited to me saying he will make the delivery just before 16:00 on the same day. I accepted and guess what I received a call from him at 16:00 saying they will only delivery 17:30 I waited until 19:00 thats when I clocked out and left work.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning 24.03.2017 at 08:30 I received a call again from Bethwal from Ram courier services apologising for what had happened the previous day, I accepted the apology and he was very polite to ask me what time will it be suitable for them to deliver the device and I said anytime before 12 and still he had doubtness of ever naking that delivery possible. I wasted my time the previous day waiting, I had big arguments with Bethwal & his Supervisor Tebogo until I was then finally reffered to their manager Alfred (this is RAM WITBANK BRANCH) I spoke to Alfered and he assured me my device will be delivered at Arnot P/S exactly 11:00 am they were exactly there in time. When I finally received the parcel I had so many fights about I nooticed the wrong device was couried, they sent me an IPhone 6s 16GB rose gold. I then immediately called Cell C to explained what happened, I spoke to Rose Mogashoa again and she apologized deeply for the misunderstanding of the entire agreement. I had to go through the entire process again of asking them to collect the device, which agreed with Cellc or should I say their courier company they will collect within 7 working days. I requested for voice records from Rose becuase I dont not understand why on the system she had processed an Iphone 6s if I had agreed with her that i want a 6s Plus. I then asked her who can I speak to regarding this because I am very much bothered, I have been with Cell C for many years and I have never had any complaints. This is utterly not acceptable and I will not pay any price above the agreed price I had with Rose for an Iphone 6s Plus, she sold me a dream and I fell for it, whose problem is that?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am waiting for the phone to be collected from me and she agrees she will speak to her team leader if they can proceed with the Iphone 6s Plus 16GB rose gold on Pinnacle 150 on the price mentioned above. The terms & conditions were read out load and clear by her and we both agreed on one thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>As soon as the phone is collected she said she will be in contact with me regarding my upgrade. RAM WITBANK and CELL C - online I have no words further I am very hurt and dissapointed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a solution & response to this complaint as I am not so very happy with the service from both companies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Tumi</p>
