placed an order with Woolworths and received a message saying my parcel was out for delivery, but it never arrived. I have been calling customer service since yesterday and the agents are unable to tell me where my parcel is or when I will receive it. I’ve spent a lot on airtime with no help. I just want clarity on what happened to my delivery and when I can expect it.Worst service ever !!
Great customer service! Had an issue with my cotton on kids order but it was quickly resolved, Very happy with the support and efficiency!
I had a really unpleasant experience.While I was eating upstairs there were four staff members speaking loudly and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional and disruptive.What made it worse was that one of them kept loudly snorting mucus repeatedly😭😭 with no apology or awareness of how off-putting it was for customers other customers.It was genuinely disgusting, and I had to stop eating because of it and spare my food for take away.This kind of behavior from staff is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures the environment is clean, professional, and respectful for paying customers.

Im so disappointed with Crocs SA online service ,its been 2 weeks since i placed an order,order has been on stand still with no communication from them.
Still shocked at the manner my query was handled,instead of resolving query in a professional and civil manner after 6 days of waiting for the products,my order was cancelled(It’s giving we not desperate for your money ,go to hell).No apologies whatsoever.The lack of regard for their customers is appalling !!
I am so disappointed,they put up a spa special and when i called to book i was told its no longer available yet it is stated that it’s valid for the whole of August 2024 👎🏽
Why charge for delivery if you are not going to prioritise shipping might as well make it free!!Placed an order only to be refunded a week later ,with a low stock excuse so disappointing
Rushed to get my fave ( Big tasty meal) only for it to come with cold and salt less fries and a not cold coke zero when i had paid and extra R3,50 for the normal coke.This left me so upset,do better guys !!
