Pathetic Telephone experience
<p>Lady transferred me to sales after i asked to speak to the manager. How bad is that!! Person at sales that answered was useless, rude, non helpfull, did not want to give his name, nor put me through to the manager and then he slammed the phone down. I called again on closing time at 16h00. Lady that answered transferred me and nobody picked up, i stayed on line for 10 minutes and then put the phone down. I then realised that they closed at 16h00 and they just left without worrying to resolve my complaint and left me on the line! How pathetic is this!! Is this one of the reasons that this company is performing so badly? I bet it is, I will never, like in NEVER, buy anything from them again and will whenvever i can,by word of mouth, tell everybody how bad they are and that they should never shop in this store again!!!. i expect the manager to call me asap!!!!</p>
