We were asked to remove my 20 month old milk bottle from the premises. We couldn’t stay very long because of it. No real passion for the kids - it’s more about making a profit. It was a while ago but recent SM posts reminded me of it.

I generally reach out to companies directly but seeing that this is the second time (first time was never resolved), I'm posting it here. WW sends emails to spend a certain amount to qualify for a play and win and when I do spend it, I don't receive an email. I even called last week to verify that I do qualify and was told I would receive an email. I never did. This is besides their hot dog rolls being shorter than a teas****.
After a service in September 2021 which I paid R 6300 for (service only) at Alberton, my car developed an issue which were minor at first but became worse. I contacted Alberton today and was told that I had an intermediate service even though I requested a 120 000km major service. They stamped my 120 000km entry in my service book. To make things worse when I asked what the cost of a major service is currently, I was told it's R 5 700. I paid R 6 300 a year ago. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and he said he will check and call me back soon. He didn't and they are closed now.
Absolutely amazing gynea. He really knows what he is doing. Saved my baby's life repeatedly. I found the whole practice to very caring and supportive.
A refund actioned almost 10 days ago is still not reflecting on my credit card. When I returned to the store I was told to email several documents which is a huge inconvenience as I have a newborn baby and not to mention the security risk. My latest statement also only runs only until 2 days after the date in question and not 5 days. I showed the store manager my refund slip and my latest transactions on my app. Social media muted my comments on your FB page even though nothing inappropriate was said. Your customer care is sending me to the store and the store to your refunds department. Honestly what a huge huge inconvenience for your system failure and a complete lack of urgency to assist in this matter.
