Only because I had to put a star otherwise no stars for you, Old Mutual! How appalling. Your reputation is deteriorating. No help since I submitted my two-pot claim. And it is not about the money anymore but you need to be held into account for all the calls and messages I've made. This is a disaster and I can only help but feel for the many families, who don't express themselves like I do, and how much they go through stress and suffering. Get your act together this is the last time I'm addressing this matter on this platform.
I have had the most horrible with Old Mutual regarding my two-pot solution claim. The call centre agents have been ********** in trying to deal with this issue. I've been constantly given the run around and my biggest concern is that I have had several policies with Old Mutual and my fear is that this trend may continue for the foreseeable future. I processed the claim a month ago and the call centre agents are not giving any indication as to when the money will be paid out.
SA Property.com in charge of Bardale Village, Phase 2, in Cape Town has incompetent estate agents who need to be exposed! They are biased and do not treat clients equally. I have a tenant who relocated my property leaving my house in an appalling state to what it initially was. Leaking water in the kitchen was untended to, the agent failed to pay for the last month's water bill, and the house's walls were dirty before the tenants moved in it was painted. There was also theft at the property all of this was reported to the agent who refuses to take any accountability. They sent another junior agent to do an inspection to ensure that all was in order and she said that she couldn't see the extent of the damages because it was load-shedding during the time of this inspection. I am applauded for this conduct and will exhaust all avenues if I have to in order for these agents to be held accountable as they have been accepting money to manage the property every single month for the 10 months I had tenants without fail. The following rental manager Sunell Afrika has been beyond difficult. Definitely not willing to go through SA Property again, NEVER!

Worst service, heart-breaking customer experience, years of disastrous service and no one wants to accept accountability for the ill-treatment of municipal clients.
