This Guy is a Heartless Criminal

<p>Hello ,</p> <p>My name is Hassan Adeleke. I bought a Mercedez Benz.</p> <p>Model :C200 Avantgarde A/T</p> <p>MM Code: ********** 5 .. Year 2007</p> <p>Chasis No: WDD204412R003745</p> <p>Engine No: ********** 929976</p> <p>License No: BB92WJGP</p> <p>Colour: Black.</p> <p>Amount of R 160,000.00 on Jan 4 2015 .So i had a little problem and i went back to him to sell the Car to him and he collecteed the car from me with the Car registration paper and never return the car , money and the car registration paper to me until now . On April 21 2015 he collected the car from me on amount of R 135,000.00 and he has not  given me back the money untiil now . Pls help me on this . The last time i went to his car shop he wanted to hit me with a baseball stick . So since then i have never gone back  there. Here is his Company Registration on 2007/232233/23 . Vat # ********** 192.... FSP No .. 43703. I have all paper works that stated that he has not paid the remaining balance of R 127,000.00 . Out of R 135,000.00 he only gave me R 8000.00 on 20/05/2015..
