Scam
Its ben over 2 years since Cars@Ridgeway had to refund me R174 800 for selling me a car that i never received and doesnt even intend to refund me. I went through consumer protector and they have a lot of cases about Pillay and cars@ridgeway and they failed to help. I went to lwayers and all i lost is money as the legal system is so slow. I went to policestation at booysens and they have over 20 cases on the guy but nothing seems to be done amd daily he scam people and seems like the justice system dont care.

Scam

Thieves at Ridgeway
<p>These guys took my car to sell and never paid me in 2 years. My BMW 330i convertible hard top XDT640GP just vanished. The sheriff can't find it, personally I think he was paid off. So it seems Mr Pillay at cars at ridgeway with Daniel and Dillen got away with my car and our justice system allowed it. </p>

Year 2007</p> <p>Chasis No: WDD204412R003745</p> <p>Engine No: ********** 929976</p> <p>License No: BB92WJGP</p> <p>Colour: Black.</p> <p>Amount of R 160,000.00 on Jan 4 2015 .So i had a little problem and i went back to him to sell the Car to him and he collecteed the car from me with the Car registration paper and never return the car , money and the car registration paper to me until now . On April 21 2015 he collected the car from me on amount of R 135,000.00 and he has not given me back the money untiil now . Pls help me on this . The last time i went to his car shop he wanted to hit me with a baseball stick . So since then i have never gone back there. Here is his Company Registration on 2007/232233/23 . Vat # ********** 192.... FSP No .. 43703. I have all paper works that stated that he has not paid the remaining balance of R 127,000.00 . Out of R 135,000.00 he only gave me R 8000.00 on 20/05/2015..
