Scam

Its ben over 2 years since Cars@Ridgeway had to refund me R174 800 for selling me a car that i never received and doesnt even intend to refund me. I went through consumer protector and they have a lot of cases about Pillay and cars@ridgeway and they failed to help. I went to lwayers and all i lost is money as the legal system is so slow. I went to policestation at booysens and they have over 20 cases on the guy but nothing seems to be done amd daily he scam people and seems like the justice system dont care.
