<p>I was at Paarl mall MTN branch on 20 March 2017 to upgrade my cell phone contract. Nadia helped me and everything was done. Then she told me that MTN want to check my record and other formalities. I could not receive my phone so I told her that if everything was sorted she or MTN must contact me. I waited till Thursday 23 March 2017 and I phoned them to make sure that everything was in order(They did not contacted me) , she confirmed that and I told them that I would came through on Saterday 25 March 2017 to pick up my phone. I live 100 km from Paarl so I had to plan my trips. When I arrive on Saterday the contracted was not yet finalised so I left yet again without my phone. I think this is very poor service on behalf of MTN. This mean that some or othertime I had to go to Paarl again, there is no other MTN services nearer.</p>
