Good afternoon What is going on at pepstores clothing Paarl mall. After Mrs Magda Loren's left the store can close it doors. Me as a regular customer in the store ones a week or more than ones you never see or hear the new manageres I ask one of the ladies on the floor to call the manageres so that I as a regular can just meet her and we'll come her at the store But she is always behind close doors on the phone or busy at all times. The atmosphere in the store is pathetic Please pepstores we know that you are getting pricey but we want to buy clothes or even utilities at your store. I hope and pray that all the customers get to see your face,and experience the atmosphere that we got before. Look at your sales because it's not me that is complaining I have friends and they have too. I hope your superior see this review to double check.if so please I know it's cold but just step out of that so called office and show your face if we as customer's need to talk to you. Stop being busy on a phone it is not going to bring in sales Mrs FH

I've been to Dischem Paarl Mall yesterday to do my usual shopping and pick up prescription medication. My son wanted to purchase USN protein supplement, because he recently joined the GYM. However there was no consultant to assist us. We asked one of the staff members if she could assist us and she said that she'll get someone from that ILSE to HELP. She asked Andile the Manager of Supplements to assist. He was busy on his computer, and when i asked for assistence his face gave the impression that i was disturbing him with what ever he was busy with. I told him i'ts fine if you're to busy or nor willing to help. He did not even respond when i told him that nor did he apologise. As a owner of several businesses myself i would NEVER let my Staff treat any client or customer is such a manner. Products on Shelves has expired dates. Dont that mean the sooner you sell your on hand stock the sooner you can place an order for new stock. POOR SERVICE FROM ANDILE SUPPLEMENT MANAGER AT DISCHEM PAARL MALL

You have people working at Clicks Paarl that clearly has no idea what they doing, clicks has no idea what or how to run the system easy when people has no idea whay they are doing, to blame the medical aid. What a bunch of superstars you are.

This is my appreciation for the staff of this outlet. I was confused about a purchase, but these guys went beyond their call of duty and connected me to the store in quest. The person helping me took my problem on himself, my making my enquiry his own. It was almost closing time and he called me back and solved my problem. The product I was looking for was at another shop within the TFG. He enquired about the product although not at Sportscene and came back with an answer. Great work all of you. I didn't write or cannot recall any names, but I was helped telephonic by more than one store assistant, so they all deserve 5 stars. Hope you will be be rewarded by your mother company.

<p>I was at Paarl mall MTN branch on 20 March 2017 to upgrade my cell phone contract. Nadia helped me and everything was done. Then she told me that MTN want to check my record and other formalities. I could not receive my phone so I told her that if everything was sorted she or MTN must contact me. I waited till Thursday 23 March 2017 and I phoned them to make sure that everything was in order(They did not contacted me) , she confirmed that and I told them that I would came through on Saterday 25 March 2017 to pick up my phone. I live 100 km from Paarl so I had to plan my trips. When I arrive on Saterday the contracted was not yet finalised so I left yet again without my phone. I think this is very poor service on behalf of MTN. This mean that some or othertime I had to go to Paarl again, there is no other MTN services nearer.</p>
