What a circus FNB has become, the worst bank in South Africa. 23 December 2025, I used the FNB service suite, where I requested to close my FNB private account, Sithabile was assisting me, I still has a positive balance, I received a message that the account closure was successfully logged and turnaround time would be 24-48 hours. Still waiting for the call. Today for the first time since I have been banking with FNB I get a call from someone who will be my private banker, I mention that I requested it to be closed and still waiting he now tell me that I for him to help me, I must pay an outstanding amount of R800 some change, yet when I requested the closure more than a month ago the account had a positive balance, what a joke, I just closed the FNBY account or tried to I then just moved all the money out, FNB has no leadership and is pathetic in more ways than one, eBucks just another frustration. never will I bank with this Circus again, I am only starting you will see me

Absolute joke of s company, I requested a quote on a TV repair, the lady offered me a package deal that cover more appliances, I accepted. My TV was then booked for a pick up, I arranged a days leave to be at home they never came, I phoned and asked what is the issue, from pillar to post I was send eventually they said the truck was full and cant help me. I then phoned Mastedon’tcare and cancelled this package and took my TV to someone else, days later I received a call from a driver saying he is on his way, I informed him that it is cancelled and that my TV has been repaired almost a year down the line and my account gets debited, I reverse the debits and put a stop to it, I received numerous calls from them and email that I have put standing amounts, I informed them that it was cancelled all went quite now December they figured a out a way to debit again, well that was retuned and you owe me money for the reversals. What a poor excuse of a company with employees that do not complete the job correctly, over promise and under deliver should be the slogan of this company.True what they say, the fish rots from the head down. Well clearly you under estimated me, what a joke
Good afternoon. I wanted to open a Black Discovery bank account, seems I cant because the Gold account ai closed years ago is still active and running up money for who knows what. This is just crazy to think the account was closed and now I cant open another acvount ,
I saw Hi-Fi Corp has Tech on Contract deals, so i went in to upgrade my MTN contract, when arriving in the store, I saw what was advertised and asked for assistance, we went to the counter, where I was then told they can not do MTN and only Telkom & Vodacom as they do not have login details for MTN yet and they might get it in a weeks time. Then my question is how can you advertise something and you are not geared up to assist customers who planned their day around getting to you store at Mall@Carival, first you have to wait at robots that do not work then when you are finally in the mall, to just get told that you are waiting for login details and that you just finished training and it will take a week. So please explain to me how can you advertise the Tech on Contract - MTN deals when you just cant assist the customer and causing frustration.? Please explain I will seriously be taking my business else where and inform MTN that I will no longer be upgrading with them, because one of there partners can not assist with the upgrade as advertised.
I placed a order online, for fibre send through everything, received the RAM waybill and delivery time, for today, had to reschedule my whole day, Just to see that MTN captured the address wrong from the proof of residence that was uploaded to them. What a circus, MTN here is how this is going to go, I had to change my plans to accommodate your delivery with nor prior communication from you, if I do not get the delivery today then I will take my business somewhere else.
Yes no look Vodacom is terrible when it come to service, then you get them joining incredible connection, I went for a simple upgrade, gave all my documents at Mall@Carnival branch stood there for an hour the lady having issues with the system, they said they would phone me, I left heard nothing from them, Friday just before 18:00 they phoned me and said no Vodacom declined me because I owe them money, I just laughed and said thank you, I pay my Vodacom every month, use to have 6 contracts over R5k a month, but due to poor service I never upgraded again and kept only 3 contracts, funny enough in March I upgrade the one line with no issue, I have 2 to upgrade in May and waited until end of June as I was not sure if I should or not, decided to do the one. Well I then contacted vodacom who service is not there, I had to keep on following up. Nothing, Then I came across Joseph absolutely a breath of fresh air, assisted me with the 2nd upgrade and want to help with the other one, but now he cant do anyhting as the quote is sitting open on Incredible Connection Mall@Carnival side, I phoned spoke to a lady she said it is Vodacom, I phoned 2 hours later wanting to speak to a manager who is not there and no supervisor as well so its a free for all. Then I tried phoning them, all I need is for the quote to be cancelled but clearly not Vodacom or Incredible Connection can do it or have the proper training or leadership. So is there anyone out there that can assist?
I phoned Master Care, for a TV repair, the gave me the cash option then the maintenance plan option, which I took, the driver phoned me on Thursday, and could not come Thursday as he had to go to Vosloorus, then he said Friday morning, and I asked what time he confirmed 10:00. I still send a pin location and time confirmation of 10:00, Friday morning at 06:33. I drove from work to my house 60km and was on time waiting at home, when I phoned the driver before 10:00 he could not find the job card and would phone me back, when he phoned back he said they found the job card but cant come because the bus is full. Which is an absolute joke. I phoned master care in PTA asking them either to refund my money or get my TV repaired on site Saturday morning at 10:00. The lady could clearly not help me, I asked to speak to a manager, after some time I ended up speaking to Lazarus, who turned around and tells me that the driver told him they never confirmed a time with me, making me out to be a ****, clearly Lazarus is not up to the task especially if he sides with his lying staff, but what more can you expect form the circus known as Master Care. Time to close the doors
Use to think Vumatel was the service provider for Fibre but my word they suck, in conjunction with Webafrica, terrible no assistances, my wifi portable router with MTN has better signal and ping the Vumatel / WebAfrica circus. Close your doors and shutdown. Taking peoples money for *******.
Woolworth's Mall@Carnival what a poorly run store, when entering you saw 2 staff member's, one in a jean and blue shirt, grey beret watching videos on there cell phones, the foods department is terrible you have a security guard busy packing red bull, shelves empty floor dirty, no control no leadership. Then you get to the tills, 2 of the cashiers till 5 & 3 had to ring there bells several times for assistance with no one coming, cashier at till 5 eventually got up, as the que was now getting longer by the second, and fetched the gentleman sitting on his cell phone with the jean, blue shirt and grey beret. The was around 16:32 on the 8th December 2023. Woolworth's what happened to being and wanting to be the best and leading my example, no you have a senior member of management I presume busy with none related cell phone activities while customers are waiting, the very customers who pays his salary at the end of the month and keep Woolworth's going, sorry to say but that gentleman should not be working for Woolworth's he is doing the brand damage. I would have never employed this gentleman as he should be a bad influencer the time he spends on his phone. Woolworth's you will never see me again go look at the CCTV footage.
