Kauai at Virgin Active in Paarl has the worst service. Food is tasteless and the Juice and Smoothies taste like there’s something missing.(WATERY)They are so un friendly yet they discuss customers with other customers. Saying a certain RACE likes to complain. This place will not last if proper management and training is not app****.
I’ve been waiting on my parcel from this Company. They’ve received my parcel on 4 March 2024. My order has not been delivered!!!! What the hell.
I’ve purchased a device on 15 January 2024 order number 72532 and paid R11 114.99 I’ve made numerous phone calls to their contact centre and was told that I will have my device by 4 March. It’s the 19th of March and still I have not received anything from them. Are you a legit business???? Never have I waited this long for any of my orders from other Companies. Last week your consultant told me that I will have my device within 48 hours!!! It’s been days after that. I will never ever urge or persuade anyone to purchase from you guys
I've been to Dischem Paarl Mall yesterday to do my usual shopping and pick up prescription medication. My son wanted to purchase USN protein supplement, because he recently joined the GYM. However there was no consultant to assist us. We asked one of the staff members if she could assist us and she said that she'll get someone from that ILSE to HELP. She asked Andile the Manager of Supplements to assist. He was busy on his computer, and when i asked for assistence his face gave the impression that i was disturbing him with what ever he was busy with. I told him i'ts fine if you're to busy or nor willing to help. He did not even respond when i told him that nor did he apologise. As a owner of several businesses myself i would NEVER let my Staff treat any client or customer is such a manner. Products on Shelves has expired dates. Dont that mean the sooner you sell your on hand stock the sooner you can place an order for new stock. POOR SERVICE FROM ANDILE SUPPLEMENT MANAGER AT DISCHEM PAARL MALL
My business banker picked up legal status on my name, because of an outstanding amount of R1175 that I owe Cell C since 2018. I went to my nearest Cell C store in Paarl Mall where it was confirmed that I DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEYS. However the consultant have send Cell C’s legal department this query to update my status so that the legal status must be removed from my name. YET THEY DO NOT REPLY!!! I’ve called your head office, they also logged this query to update my status, but with no prevail. How is it possible that a big Company as Cell C does not have a direct phone line of their legal department to call??? This is pathetic service from Cell C UPDATE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DO NOT OWE YOU ANY MONIES. Contact me on 062 377 9363
<p>I got a m5 Sony from a claim i made from Csurance.</p> <p>This phone was new but faulty, i called Csurance to inform them about the phone, and they suggested i take it to the nearest Cell c store which i did. This phone was send back to Csurance in November 2016. I've been to Cell c in Paarl Mall numerous times and they've also called Csurance which informed them that my phone is in check. I mean really!!!! Csurance is very keen on debiting there installment every month but there service SUCKS!!!</p> <p> I'm fed up by this insurance. I do not recommend this insurance to any one.</p> <p> </p>
