FNB Service is appalling, tried to change banking details on a business merchant machine ,its now a month nothing its being done. How do you expert a business to continue trading if machine is banking payments in wrong account. I am finally leaving this bank.
<p>This is one of the worst companies that the African continent has. Silicone Technical Products send there sails consultant Gordon to my company marketing that thery supply silicone to the industries. I requested a quote from them and it was received. I told Amanda the sales lady that l will walk in Nedbank and pay cash in there account. A cash deposit slip was emailed to Amanda. When my driver arrived at therer johannesburg branch he was told he cannot collect the goods.</p> <p>I had to drive all the way from Brits to Johannesburg and show them the bank slip but still they told me that thery can't realise the goods. They told me if l want the goods l must pay again cause my cash deposit haven't cleared. l was surprised that a cash deposit need to clear. I had to pay Silicone & Technical product again with a card for us to collect our goods. They told me that the next day l will get a refund of the cash deposit l did. 3 days after my refund is not done. I phone and spoke to Kelvin who told me they are waiting for the payment to show on bank statement. This was not true how can a cash deposit-CASH CASH deposit take 3 days to reflect in an account.</p> <p>The service of this company is parthetic. The manager is very unprofessional as well. Silicone &nTechnical Products is a useless company with no respect for there customers.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I am not a client of nedbank mfc and l never purchase any vehicle from them. To my surprise they keep on debiting my business account for no reason. I have tried to contact them and spoke to different consultants who tell me a different story every day. The reference l saw on my bank statement is Nedmfcagreed ********** ********** 1421 l am not the account holder of this account but why nedbank keeps on debiting my account Pandare Business supply? I have nothing to do with nedbank and this bank is very inefficient but only criminals, not sure where they get my banking details.</p>
<p>We took insuarance for our car with budget insuarance in june 2016 for our car. We had been paying our premiums without any single non payment or late payment. My car was bumped by a driving school truck and l put a claim with budget. We did an assessment a day after the accident and a consultant called Kurt Shellar called us asking that we email documentation like license. We emailed the documents as required directly to Kurt Shellar on ********** after some days we phone to follow up only to be told by a different consultant that there is no documents on the system, he said we must email to the claims email address. We emailed the documents immediately and did a follow up after after 3 days and still told again by a different consultant that there is no documents. We emailed the documents for the forth time till today we never heard from budget. </p> <p>They told us the claim takes 6 days it now almost a month. We are tired of phoning budget and being told nothing. This is a parthetic insuarance company, instead there sales consultants are calling us everyday trying to sale new policy to us. This company is only concerned about taking peoples money only.</p> <p>I advise consumers to stay away from budget insuarance. </p> <p>My claim number is ********** 24 1. All details that budget needed was given to them but they simply just do nothing.</p>
