I made a withdrawal of R7000 on Monday 26 October 2020 and the money was cleared in my account on Wednesday 28 October 2020. Tabonline is NOT a scam, they do pay but only if your FICA documents are up to date. I must admit though, that I tried to withdraw a week before but my withdrawal was not processed, until I updated my FICA documents, that is when the withdrawal went through. Another thing, make sure that your name on the Tabonline account matches with the name on your bank statement, otherwise, it will look like a conman is trying to withdraw and your request will not be processed.

I have registered for a six month course (June-Dec 2016) at UNISA and paid the total amount of fees of R7000 once off, however, the course did not take place. First, I encountered a problem login into their portal which took them over a month to sort out and then three months passed without receiving any study material, assignments or anything. I enquired and it was one excuse after another. I was not officially informed that the course will not take place but by October it was pretty obvious.

January 03 2017, I sent an email requesting cancellation of my registration as well as the refund because I had already registered for an Honours degree and want to focus on it only. By end of January the refund was not made and upon enquiry was either told that their system was down or the person responsible for the finances was not available, the university was on strike and other different excuses. I got frustrated and that is when I threatened them with legal action, but that threat didn’t have any impact whatsoever. That was end of January.

First week of February I received a refund form in which clearly stated the email address to forward to as well as the 15 days turn around period. On Day 10 I enquired to find out if they have received my form but didn't get any response. I did the same thing daily until day 20 when I was told they didn’t receive my form and I should resubmit, which I did. I was then told that the refund was processed but will take 3 days to appear in my bank account, which never happened. About a week after the 3days had expired, I enquired again and was told they had a problem with their system but the payment was verified and will take a further 10 days because I’m using a different bank. By this time I was frustrated and fed up with UNISA taking me from pillar to post, it was full two months already.

I consulted Scorpion and was assisted by Tsholofelo Mako. Thinking about it, I must admit that the whole scenario brought the devil with horns and tail out of me, my contact with Scorpion was of a frustrated, annoyed, furious and enraged person. However, Tsholo managed to calm my roasted nerves and gave assurance that the matter will be resolved sooner than later. She was very calm, assuring and sounded very experienced. I submitted the proof and other documents she requested. As a result, I received my refund within a week, something I couldn't do in months.

I hereby express my deepest gratitude for the successful legal service and expertise of Scorpion Legal. I am very satisfied with the legal services provided by Scorpion Legal, (on a scale from 1 to 10 . . . . 10 would be my satisfaction). I definitely would recommend Tsholo's assistance at Scorpion legal company to anyone that needs legal assistance.

Tsholofelo, thanks again for your spectacular work.
