I have been supporting homechoice few years and from last year they have dispointed me. I have returned my inner devet set in April 2021 due to my husband and I been in an serious accident. They got fastway to collect it and I have the email from fastway for collection this is going a year that they didn't locate my item. I am paying for something I Do not have. I called month after month and get empty promises. I will never recommend or buy again from them. I even advise they agent how to locate and were to start but nothing as happened.
I ordered twice 29 January 2021 to become an ambassador with a tracking number that is invalid, after many messages and mails. I received an mail from Jeno Kendrick providing a tracking number that is invalid she also mentioned that my item is in transit in my country, how do I track my order if the tracking number is invalid. In total I Paid $90.91. I want my order or refund or else you guys is going to be reported to the ombudsman.
