<p>I'm an old mutual client i did my first saving on 2015and they debited for months until I had financial problems and stopped the savings I didn't take money so after 3months I got a call from old mutual a guy called tswarelo advice me to do my saving again and told me it will add up with my previous policy so on the 29 Matrch 2017 i went to soshanguve Crossing old mutual where I was assist by Lerato and Palesa I want to know how far is my policy and how much do I have Miss Lerato advice me that my previous policy has lapsed and I have to withdraw the money because it's not added with my new savings policy I got the bank statement when I came back they told me that the money vanished and their head office cant assist them I was not happy with their service i then went to Rosslyn plaza unfortunately they also told me the same thing that I cant get my money because it vanished I just want to know if it's possible because its a savings not a funeral cover please help me my contact details is </p> <p>GM MATJEKE</p> <p>Contact ********** 612 or ********** 454</p> <p>Thanks</p>
