Purchased a box of Kent White cigarettes and the 3rd last smoke in box was broken.
<p>Upgraded my phone. Screen went black when transferring info from my old Samsung to new one. I sat on my couch doing this once only. When wanted to use phone screen black doesn't come on. Took phone back as under warranty. They find a scratch on screen and scratch on side of phone now want me to pay R1800 to fix a brand new freeking phone I've never even used once. 3 months ago it took me 6 month to get them to fix a technical error. Their service is pathetic and clearly out to rip clients off. What the f.... is a warranty for. That scratch they claim can never cause an internal screen issue. My fault for not checking Vodacom never gave me a used phone is this their new way of ripping clients off. Ombudsman and consumer protection here I come. I'm done with this dump of a service provider</p>
