Rodney Oliveira the manager of the company threatened my job because he asked for documentation for something I did not apply for, he basically went and reported me for swearing at him as I knew this must be a ****, he said he wishes I lose my job and threatened that I must not mess with him, even after telling him I did not apply he was rude through out the way, so if clients don't like the rudeness from employees they basically tyreate6yiur job and lay a complaint under the company you work for so you can lose your job, it's ******** there is no client confidentiality at all, he even blocked me after telling him I will lay a complaint, he is so ruflde and professional all

No response or communication
<p>I always have bad service from them.I had advised them that i was having issues with money and advised them to debit on the 30th of March 2017 and amount of R2337.13. I get a messgae showing they have debited on the 30th with 1558.09 and again on the 31st an amount of R1558.09 again which is R779.05 more than what i sent through email.Email was sent to ********** numerous of times with no response only to see they did get my email when they debited on the 30th of March 2017. Today at 8.00am when i called ********** 109 they told me they will call me they ringed the phone once and dropped and I had to call them. Again they told me they will call with feedback within minutes and after an hour i had to call again!!!!</p> <p>Only to get a response that it has been declined for a refund after communication was sent to them every month with no response and I have to suffer finacially because they made an agrrement which i cant see on the contract without me knowing!!!!!!!</p> <p>it only shows interets and not double debits i am not happy with the service of atlas at al!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>my email ********** <p>I need urgent response from you!!!</p>
