<p>On 10 January 2017, I made a flight booking from Mthatha to Johannesburg for 21 March 2017. Looking at a high rate of bluecrane flight cancellations and to avoid eleventh hour cancellation disappointment, on 21 February, I made a request for a refund but no response has been obtained till today. It is sad now that all the’re telephone lines have now been disconnected.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
