Just plain poor...no customer service and never on site.
Doesn't help changing your name and defrauding more people of their hard earned money. People beware...con artists and fraudsters.

Poor service and no customer relations
After starting off our renovation projects like a bat out of hell, they totally disappeared. I have gone from really impressed to extremely frustrated in 5 weeks. We have 3 projects on our home, one at approximately 3/4 complete, one at 2/3 complete and one half way done. We have barely seen any workers on the last 3 weeks and the whole project has come to a standstill. We have now received excuses from a faulty vehicle to illness. Promises of having full teams on site and completing all jobs in 5 days and in that 5 day period having nobody on site. Now they are even refusing to answer calls and messages. We are now contemplating legal action. If I could give them less than one star I would
